GENERAL -Anyone at the property must be included in the original booking request or confirmed with the host prior to the stay. Failure to follow this is subject to an additional $500 cleaning fee. -After 9 pm, please keep outdoor noise to a minimum out of respect for our neighbors HOUSEKEEPING: -Please park in the driveway of the home only. -Please only enter and exit using the digital lock from the side door of the home. -Please ensure to remove your shoes at the shoe/coat rack. -Environmentally friendly: Please use the recyclable bins, turn off all lights before leaving, and be conscious of water and power consumption. -Please only flush toilet paper, and no flushing of wipes or other products (even if they are labeled ‘Flushable’)
